Returns

You can return your Knomo product within 30 days of receiving your original order, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. 

If you would like to return your knomo, please download the knomo returns form below and include it with the return. Please make sure we know the order number your return relates to (i.e 10001234) - this can be found on your order confirmation email. We can’t do this without these details, so make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your returns parcel. Once we′ve received your unused Knomo, we′ll refund you the amount of the original purchase, excluding any delivery costs, the refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, dependent on your bank/card issuer.



 

For all returns and any repairs, you are required to cover the cost of the return delivery to our offices. Should we need to send out a replacement item due to a fault or incorrect delivery, we will pay for the item to be returned to you. For your own security, we do recommend using a recorded delivery service when sending goods to us. Please note that returned product will not be accepted unless accompanied by a copy of your receipt of purchase. You are very welcome to hand deliver your return back to the Knomo Head Office (Monday – Friday only, excluding bank holidays). 

If you purchased your Knomo from a retail store or another online retailer, and would like to return it for a refund or exchange it, please contact the reseller directly. We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased from other retailers. 

 

Repairs & Warranty Claims

If you feel your Knomo product has developed a fault, please get in touch with us by email at info@knomo.com

It would also be most useful if you can email knomo a photo of the fault and your warranty cover.

All Knomo Bag are sold with a 2 year warranty cover, against possible defects in materials and craftsmanship of all products. The bag is only covered under the warranty with a valid proof of original ownership, product info, indicating the date and location of purchase. 

If after inspecting your Knomo product, we are satisfied it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge.  This is subject to our product guarantee. The Return of the repair is customer’s responsibility until it reaches Knomo.  If we are unable to repair your Knomo, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product.  

For all returning product, we will provide you with a Returns form to include with the returned package.
